I recently got married to my beautiful wife Lisa on January 20, 2008 in Sunriver, Oregon. You will see a lot of pictures from our wedding and the weekend that preceded it on this site. Needless to say... but it was the perfect wedding weekend!

Lisa and I currently reside in Oxnard, CA and love the area where we live and the close proximity to the beach! We have two fur children Maverick our dog and Ace our crazy cat.

We recently discovered Crossfit Ventura and it has been a game changer for us.  If you don’t know what Crossfit is then you should learn about it, and then visit your local affiliate to see if you can handle it! If you can, your in for a new lifestyle, a new approach to training, and a new family. So many great things have come along with being a crossfit’er and you can read all about them on my Crossfit Blog.

I was a Political Science major in college and I guess you could say thats where my obsession/passion began. Since then I have continually challenged myself and those around me to think about the issues that we live with  everyday and to work to find solutions.

This leads me to my current project www.postyourheadline.com “The Home of Citizen Journalists”. Our aim is to take power away from media conglomerates and place it in the hands of ordinary citizens.
