Day 78 “Max Squat Clean”
My Favorite Lift
320lbs. (25lb. PR)
Cleaning is my favorite thing to do in the gym! It felt good to put up that kind of weight again, but my goal was to get 330 and I didn’t accomplish that so I got my work cut out for me next time!
Goal for next time is 340.
My progression was:
135-185-225-275-295-305-315-320-325f-325f
My form started to break down towards the end, I think mostly because of fatigue. Next time I do this I need to make sure that I do this fresh!
