Day 77 “Max Snatch Balance”
Back at Crossfit Ventura!
245lbs.
This was my first time doing this and it was difficult. I am plenty strong enough to do the weight but the technical part will take some time to master. As with the Snatch, every part of the rep. must be done correctly or you will fail the lift. I am happy with the results for my first time, but I look forward to doing this one again... I have a lot more in me! Goal for next time is 275lbs.

Yeah I am not very good at these, I really need to start working on them. I am able to get over 20 reps in a row when I don’t have to do them consecutively, but this was my first time trying this. Each day I need to spend some time jumping rope.
