Day 67 “Randy”
WOD #1
Randy (75 Power Snatches @75lbs)

Had no idea what to expect going into this one. I was definitely feeling the prior two workouts during the course of the wod, both in my quads and shoulders. Although 5:01 is a pretty solid time it didn’t feel like it. I was at 35 reps at the 1:25 mark, meaning the last 40 reps took me 3:36 which is way to long...
Goal for next time is low 4’s although sub 4 is no doubt where I should be!

10 100m sprints with 1 min rest between each rep

2-13.5
3-13.6
4-14.5
5-14.5
6-14.6
7-15.5
8-15.7
9-15.7
10-14.7
This one was pretty hard. I have not worked on sprinting for a long time and I could feel it. There was not one rep where I could stay on my toes and sprint all the way through. Im glad that I did this as it is something that I need to work on.
Hit 239.5lbs tonight on the scale. 20 more pounds to go!
