I chose not to do this wod today, although I really wanted to. I think I could have rocked it! The reason for skipping it is because I want to crush King Kong tomorrow morning and I knew that by doing this wod today I would have been pretty messed for it tomorrow. My abs are also still pretty sore & tired from this week. I actually couldn’t help but do about 10 muscle ups for fun today, I had to do something and now that I can do them, I just love doing em! Didn’t fail at one rep either!
It is always awesome watching people compete at CFV and today was no different! I have to give a few shout outs to Troy & Mindith, because they both did awesome today. I think Troy got a 13 minute PR and Mindith had the best Rx’d time of the day! Danelle also got 12 Double Unders in a row!
I also have to give a big shout out to Amanda! It is always special watching her roll through a wod. Plus it was pretty entertaining watching her use the PVC for the sumo’s & thrusters... and that 6lb. wall ball is the shit! I have to play with that more! Great Job!
