Today was bring a friend day at CFV! What a great day too, its 80 degrees! My awesome neighbor Bhop came today and did a scaled down version of Kelly with the rest of the CFV friends. It was awesome to witness so many peoples first CrossFit Wod!
Grindy was kind of terrible. Mostly because I am way more wrecked than I would have guessed after yesterday. My grip was gone, along with my arms. My pull ups were horrendous today! Not to mention that my hands hurt really bad! I fucking hate it when I rip!
Even so it was a solid performance on Grindy. Fresh I know that a sub 10 is possible on this. For me at least I think a sub 11 is easily within reach. I look forward to doing this wod again!
