This was a huge PR for me today. This benchmark has proven to be a huge measuring stick for me in my time at CFV. The first time I did this WOD was for our affiliate team qualifier back in June and it absolutely wrecked me! My time was over 18 minutes! Then just a month later in July I did it again and got 14:28, nearly a 4 minute PR! Now 5 months later another almost 4 minute PR! From day one Colin told me that he thought a sub 10 was possible, and I just didn’t see it... I do now and I think its possible for me next time. Even with this time I got today, I left a lot out there, surely a minute maybe more.
Thanks for the coaching and encouragement today HUFF! It is always comforting having you there pushing me. You were their for Grace too, one more time and I might have to start calling you my lucky Huff! Thanks bro!
