Day 109 “San Francisco Crippler”

30 Body Weight Back Squats
1 Mile Run

The more and more I think about this WOD I am pretty disappointed with my performance on the mile. Granted I have a great excuse in the night before and my two hours of sleep, but still I could have pushed a lot
harder on the run!
This is something that I really need to start focusing in on, I need to start making myself uncomfortable during my runs. I get into this comfort zone and I stay there. There is no excuse for running an 8 minute mile.
The 30 body weight squats were easy and unbroken. Took about 1:03. The one thing that I need to start working on is to start forming a habit of going a little deeper in my squats. My whole life I was taught to go right to parallel and my muscle memory is still there from that. I need to change it.
