Day 105 “100 Pull-Ups”
Low Bar Back Squat

100 Pull-Ups For Time

Goal for next time is sub 7!
The squats were extremely easy today. It had been awhile and I was not sure where I was at. Not to mention the mild head cold I can’t seem to rid myself of. Next time it will be 405x5, should have been there today!
The Pull-Ups were hard, but I am pretty happy with the time. Pull-ups have been one of my biggest goats, but I feel like I have turned a corner with them. I no longer fear them like I used to... lets hope I’m right!
