PR’d on the first 800m trying to keep up with Luke 2:59. K2E’s are getting much better.
Also worked on muscle-ups today... I am sooooooo close. I actually got one I just have a retarded left arm and it slipped through the ring so I couldn’t get to full extension on the left arm, but the right arm was!
