Day 101 “400m Runs”
Did not attempt any OHS due to my injured elbow!
Overhead Squat, Find Your 1-Rep Max

400m Run
2 Minute Rest
1:11-1:21-1:32-1:32=2:43 (add the first and last time)
The runs felt strong but the conditions were hard. Cold and very windy and I definitely wasn’t warm.
