Day 99 “Fight Gone Bad”
Well I was not as successful as I had hoped, but I did get a 15 rep PR (see day 87).

I was definitely able to push myself harder this time around, but I ran out of gas after the first round... probable a result of some prior weekend activities! :) However, I was happy with my ability to push myself on the box jumps and not only reach my goal but surpass it by one rep. I had a rough time on the row, mostly because of transition issues, one time it was off when I got there and the last time the straps had not been loosened and I could not get my feet in. I also had a rough time with the wall balls, I was so gassed on them that I let my form go to shit and I just let them wreck me.
I look forward to tackling this one again in a few months! I have no doubt that I can surpass 400 in the future!
Goal for next time is 360+
