Day 93 “Max Thruster”
Thruster, Find your 1-Rep Max
Worked up to 265lbs and ran out of time. If I had some time to invest I think to 275 or 285 is my true one rep right now. Goal for next time is 300lbs!
As many rounds in 10 minutes of:
100ft Overhead Lunges (M: 25lb Plate, W: 10lb Plate)
15 Wall Balls to 10 ft target (M: 20lb, W: 14lb)
4 Rounds +15 Wall Ball & 75ft.
